Improving the skills and level of expertise of our work force has always been one of our key elements. Since February, we can take it to the next level by training the skilled professionals of tomorrow.
At this point, we are mainly looking for machine operators. The apprenticeship is dual educational, meaning it will be spent partly working at our plant and partly studying at vocational school. It will be completed after two years upon passing a final exam at the Commercial and Industrial Chamber (IHK).
