Every employee knows that they can leave work in an emergency situation, while counting on our team, that supports each other.\u201c This statement by managing director Ramin Hassan has been confirmed with the award of the \u201eFamily-friendly employer\u201c seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bertelsmann\u2019s Foundation seal of approval is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The family-friendly and life-phase-oriented personnel policy of the company have been assessed by an independent auditor on the basis of a survey for all employees. The survey focuses on the areas of \u201ecorporate and management culture\u201c, \u201ecommunication\u201c, \u201ework organization\u201c, \u201esupport measures\u201c as well as \u201estrategy and sustainability\u201c. Key questions are: \u201eHow is family friendliness lived and communicated in a company?\u201c and \u201eWhich support measures are available?\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexible working hours, such as flexitime and trust-based working hours, count as just an example of how the company promotes a work-life balance. Above all, the employees appreciate individual considerations of individual challenges, whether it\u2018s childcare, caring for relatives or personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This long cultivated corporate culture has now come to fruition.
